Tell Us How the BCBSM Modifier 25 Policy Change Affects Your Practice

MSHO recently signed on to a joint LETTER with other Michigan organizations expressing concerns about the scheduled reimbursement policy change regarding E/M services billed with modifier 25.

Michigan State Medical Society is continuing to gather information, data, and real-world examples from practices to strengthen the case for rescinding this policy change. Your input is critical—meaningful change cannot happen without examples directly from physicians and practices.

We strongly encourage you to share how this policy change may impact your practice, your patients, or your specialty. Please send your examples to billing@msho.org

In addition to written examples, MSMS is also collecting short video testimonials from physicians or practice leaders. These videos may be used on social media and other platforms to highlight the real-world impact of this policy change.
