Description
This is a very busy clinic. RNs will perform the following:

Infusions, patient triaging, In-basket, patient assessments, etc.
Lots of multi-tasking is required. Very time driven as this is a busy, fast-paced clinic.
IV's skills and medication management experience are preferred.
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would be familiar with Oncology/Hematology patients, Chemo medications, ambulatory/clinic environment experience or inpatient / ER experience.
Customer service and EPIC experience preferred.
Vascular access and peripheral IV skills, chemo certification, oncology experience preferred.
BNS Required or if ADN, you must be willing to enroll in an accredited BSN program within 3 years of start date, obtain your BSN within 5 years of start date.
